For US residents, please note that regular shipping takes almost 28 days to arrive. If you want to get it in time for Christmas, please use EMS shipping.
For European countries and Australia,
regular shipping will take around 7-14 days to arrive.

All sales made after delivery are final.

SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Due to our limited schedule, we only ship the orders on Wednesdays GMT+7. Orders after Tuesdays 6PM PDT or Wednesdays 8AM GMT+7 will be shipped the next week.

Do you have any shipping recommendation?
We package our products as safely as we can. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances do happen during shipping. We recommend that you use EMS shipping option when you order from us to ensure your package arrive faster and safely.

What if my order still hasn't arrived?
Before you finalize your order, please make sure that the address in your order to be accurate and complete. It should include:
  • Your full name
  • Your full address complete with your postcode.
  • Your active number that can be contacted.
  • These are to ensure that your order will be shipped accurately.

    If there are any orders that hasn't arrived for a long period of time, please check with your local post office first. However, if there are any orders that hasn't arrived because of any of the above reasons, there'll be no refund.

    If the order is transferred back to our address because of the above reasons, further shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


    RETURNS

    My item arrived damaged/this isn't what I ordered? What do I do?
    If we sent you an incorrect or incomplete order, please PM our Tictail or send an email to spirosperocontact@gmail.com with the subject line "Incorrect/Incomplete Order" within 7 days of arrival. Then we will replace the the product or process your return at absolutely no charge to you.

    If your item arrived damaged, please PM our tictail or send an email to spirosperocontact@gmail.com with the subject line "Damaged Order" within 7 days. We'll find the best solution to resolve the situation.


    RESTOCKS

    Will you be restocking "___"?
    All items listed on our Tictail store are available for purchase. If it's still listed on our store, most probably it will be restocked. However, we do take community feedback in consideration. If you want anything restocked or any items to come back, just contact us so we'll put it in our list!

    When will it be restocked?
    We try to restock as soon as we can (especially during convention seasons). However, difficulties do arise from time to time. We usually announce when we will hold a pre-order/backorder for the next batch. Just contact us if you want to be notified if the items will be restocked!


    BACKORDERED ITEMS/PRE-ORDER ITEMS


    One of the items in my order are backordered/pre-order,  can my order be shipped out in parts?
    If your order includes a backorder/pre-order item, we'll ship your order when said item are available. If you want the available items to be shipped earlier, please put them in a different order.

    When will my backordered/pre-order item ship?
    We will list the expected date on the item page.
